A selection of our latest work. From UX research to complex systems design. (user experience)
One of Hungary’s leading software development companies timed its brand renewal to coincide with its 20th anniversary and an office move. We needed to present a complex service portfolio in a more relaxed, creative style. In addition to redesigning the website, we created the illustrations and creative direction for other digital touchpoints and the wall surfaces of the new office.
Before developing UNIQA’s new digital self-service platform, we used moderated user research to explore how customers think about managing insurance online. The aim was to uncover uncertainties that arise during use and provide the development team with insights to inform design decisions.
Through a two-day practical training course, we helped our clients’ specialists carry out accessibility reviews independently, identify the most common WCAG issues and create developer tickets. (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines)
When planning Bookline’s digital transformation, we worked not only on creating new interfaces but also on developing a long-term experience strategy. Over the 18-month project, we used research to shape a digital vision that supported both the brand’s repositioning and future product development.
Before development began, we supplemented the UI designs for Funpass’s new digital service with an accessibility specification. The aim was to embed WCAG 2.1 AA requirements into the product during the design process, minimising the need for later fixes. (user interface; Web Content Accessibility Guidelines)
We delivered practice-led UX and Service Design training for 10+ organisations, enabling teams to independently develop user-centred digital products and services. Each programme was tailored to the organisation’s ways of working and current challenges. (user experience)
We developed an AI-driven development methodology that takes an idea to a working, user-validated prototype in just a few weeks. The approach combines AI coding tools, UX research and iterative product development, ensuring that development decisions are informed by real user feedback from the earliest stages. (artificial intelligence; user experience)
We carried out an accessibility audit of UniCredit Bank's mobile banking app and online banking platform in line with WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines. The project aimed to ensure the digital services met the accessibility requirements coming into force in 2025, while delivering an easier-to-use experience for everyone. (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines)
As part of the iCsekk app renewal, we redesigned the user interface within the existing technological framework. The project aimed to create a more consistent, modern user experience while accommodating development constraints and business expectations.
We examined the end-to-end guest experience at Rudas Thermal Baths using research and service design methods. The aim was to create an operating model that improves the guest experience, supports employees and preserves the baths’ historic character.
When designing Profirent’s online platform, we needed to organise a portfolio of more than 10,000 products into a clear, easy-to-search structure. The project focused on developing the information architecture, simplifying user navigation and collaborating with the development team.
We processed thousands of Google Maps reviews using artificial intelligence to provide a structured view of the customer experience. AI not only categorised the reviews, but also identified recurring themes, pain points and opportunities for improvement, turning free-text feedback into directly actionable decision-support insights. (artificial intelligence)
We developed an AI-based way of working for Magyar Telekom’s research team that makes secondary analysis of qualitative research faster, more consistent and independently repeatable. The project was not about teaching an AI tool, but about how artificial intelligence can be integrated safely and reliably into research processes. (artificial intelligence)
For over 10 years, we have supported Magyar Telekom’s digital product development through UX research and a service design approach. Over this time, we have contributed to more than 150 research studies, and user validation has become a natural part of digital development. (user experience)
We provided end-to-end support for the launch of TV2 Csoport’s streaming platform, from UX/UI design and project management to development coordination. The goal was to create a digital service that could compete with the user experience of international streaming platforms. (user experience and user interface)
We underpinned the redesign of One’s customer identification process with qualitative and quantitative research. The project aimed to create a simpler sign-in experience while exploring the user and business requirements for introducing two-step verification.
We reimagined the traditional tree test with a proprietary AI simulator. The solution enabled 80 users to try a total of 40 different service scenarios in a realistic environment, quickly and at scale. (artificial intelligence)
We regularly produce professional publications and methodological guides that help companies establish user-centred ways of working. Our publications address practical questions in customer experience, service design and digital product development.
When redesigning Alfa Biztosító’s customer portal, we based the design on comprehensive UX research. Alongside multi-stage wireframe design, a key part of the project was developing the organisation’s UX mindset and creating a user experience aligned with insurance industry best practices. (user experience)
In developing Motibro’s complex time management and customer management platform, we designed the user experience in close collaboration with the product owners. The project focused on simplifying a system built on complex business logic and creating a flexible digital product that can continue to evolve over the long term.
For Chefparade, we identified what was preventing guests from returning and developed a new customer experience and communications strategy based on the research findings.
