Digital capability building – training
Transferring the methodology is just as important as the project itself
Digital product development becomes truly effective when an organisation does not rely solely on external experts, but its own teams also understand the principles of user-centred design. To support this, we developed training programmes that guide participants through the design process, from research to prototyping. Every course was built around practical tasks and real business challenges.
Our aim was not to train UX experts, but to develop business and product teams that can more confidently uncover user problems, make decisions together and design validated solutions. (user experience)

The programmes covered research methodology, personas and customer journeys, service blueprints, information architecture, prototyping, user validation and the design sprint mindset. Participants not only learned about the tools but also applied them to their own projects, returning to their day-to-day work with practical methodological knowledge they could use immediately.
