End-to-end design and launch of a domestic streaming platform
We contributed to the development of the streaming platform not only as designers, but also as the main contractor. Alongside UX/UI design, we were responsible for project management and coordinating the development team, ensuring a consistent user experience from concept to live launch. The biggest challenge was creating a domestic streaming service that could compete with international platforms on user experience.
During the design process, we drew on established UX patterns from international streaming platforms to deliver an experience that felt familiar and easy to use. Design and development worked in close collaboration, while we paid particular attention to content structure and SEO, making it easier for video content to reach its audience.
