Motibro’s appointment booking and customer management platform is built on highly complex business logic. Throughout the project, we worked directly with the product owner, ensuring every design decision was informed by deep product knowledge, ongoing alignment and shared thinking.
The greatest challenge was making a highly complex time management system easy to scan and use quickly, even on a small screen.
During the project, we created a detailed, highly scalable design system that ensured both consistency and the flexibility needed for the product’s ongoing evolution. The work was a genuine partnership: continuous professional dialogue led to solutions that served both the user experience and business goals.
