Foundations of accessibility training
Knowledge that stays with the team long after the project ends
In the long term, accessibility depends not on external audits but on well-prepared in-house teams. Through a two-day practical training course, we shared the knowledge participants needed to carry out accessibility reviews independently, identify issues and create appropriate developer tickets.
The biggest challenge: turning legal and WCAG requirements into practical knowledge that business and product development teams can use every day. (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines)

Alongside the theoretical background, the training placed strong emphasis on practical application. Participants learned to use screen readers, contrast checkers and other testing tools, and practised a complete audit process, from identifying issues to preparing developer documentation. The aim was to enable the organisation to review the accessibility of future developments independently.
