Designing a modern user experience in a technologically constrained corporate environment
Introducing new features to the iCsekk app also created an opportunity to rethink parts of the user interface. Throughout the project, we explored UX/UI solutions that would meet user expectations while working within the constraints of the existing technology environment. (user experience and user interface)
The biggest challenge was creating the best possible user experience while adapting to existing technological constraints.
At the start of the project, there was no unified design system in place, so we created a consistent visual system based on components from previous developments. We aligned the work of designers working in parallel around shared design principles, while continuously refining the solutions in close collaboration with the client to turn the initial concepts into a truly user-centred app.
