What will you be working on?
- Planning and conducting qualitative research to support the development of digital products and services
- Using user interviews, survey research and other research methods
- Examining online and offline processes, identifying problems and opportunities for improvement
- Analysing analytics data and user feedback
- Synthesising and presenting research findings
- Developing recommendations based on a user-centred design approach
- Collaborating with designers, developers, product managers and clients
We’re looking for you if you
- Have at least one year of practical experience using qualitative research methods
- Communicate confidently in Hungarian and English
- Are interested in digital products and services
- Have an analytical mindset and enjoy finding connections
- Think in a structured way and can work independently
- Have strong communication and presentation skills
- Enjoy working both as part of a team and with clients
It would be an advantage if you have
- Experience in UX Research, Service Design, Business Analysis or Digital Service Management (user experience)
- A degree in social sciences, economics, design or another relevant field
- Knowledge of usability testing, workshop facilitation or customer journey analysis
